Michael has ten years of M&A experience, beginning his career at Deloitte where he was latterly a Director.
He has advised on over 20 completed M&A transactions throughout his career.
Michael focusses on deal execution and management of the transaction process, utilising his significant experience in areas including business plan and information memorandum preparation, deal negotiation, due diligence and working capital.
He holds a BCom degree in Accounting and Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
